SkyWay Mark is founded on a strict local-first, zero-knowledge architectural philosophy. We do not sell personal data, monetize customer information, or deploy behavioral surveillance trackers. 2. Information Processed by Stripe
When you complete checkout for our commercial software licenses, our payment processor, Stripe, collects and securely processes transaction information:
- Billing Details: Name, billing address, country, postal code, and email address.
- Payment Information: Credit/debit card details, Apple Pay / Google Pay tokens, and associated fraud prevention telemetry.
- Tax Identification: Business name and VAT / GST registration numbers (where applicable for tax calculation).
- IP Address & Device Signatures: Used by Stripe for fraud prevention, security verification, and geolocation tax compliance.
Payment information is processed directly by Stripe in accordance with industry security standards and regulations. SkyWay Mark never receives or stores raw payment card numbers.
3. Information We Collect Directly
SkyWay Mark collects and retains only limited operational information:
- License Fulfillment Records: Customer email, order ID, purchase timestamp, and generated cryptographic license key hash to facilitate self-service recovery in our Client Dashboard.
- Software Activation Telemetry: Anonymized store domain hash / hardware fingerprint and plugin version sent during license activation to prevent unauthorized key piracy and deliver automatic security updates.
- Direct Support Inquiries: Name, email address, and message history submitted when you email our support desks ([email protected]).
- Bot Defense & Security Logs: Temporary anonymized IP addresses and Cloudflare Turnstile bot verification challenges to protect our infrastructure against automated brute-force attacks.
4. Non-Custodial Cryptocurrency Transparency
When utilizing ZeroBeep Crypto Gateway, all cryptocurrency settlements occur peer-to-peer on public blockchains (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana). Blockchain transaction data (such as transaction hashes, recipient wallet addresses, block confirmations, and amounts) are public and permanent by design. SkyWay Mark has no custody over private keys and cannot alter or redact public ledger records.
5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
SkyWay Mark does not use cross-site tracking cookies, behavioral profiling scripts, or third-party marketing pixels (such as Meta Pixel or Google Analytics). We employ strictly necessary ephemeral browser session storage to maintain authenticated administrative and client vault states.

All communications with our servers are encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3 / HTTPS). License verification data is stored in air-gapped, encrypted database volumes.
We retain license registration records for the operational duration of your lifetime software license or until you request account deletion, subject to statutory tax and accounting retention requirements.
