By accessing our website (skywaymark.com), purchasing a commercial software license, or downloading our WordPress plugins (including ZeroBeep Crypto Gateway, Sabes Pro, and TapBound), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Digital Delivery Policy.

There are no recurring monthly subscriptions or hidden renewal tolls unless a specific recurring maintenance plan is explicitly chosen by the customer.
- Updates & Support Entitlement: A valid commercial license grants access to continuous security updates, engine compatibility patches (including WordPress and WooCommerce major versions), and direct developer support.
3. Payment Processing & Billing
All checkout workflows and payment transactions on SkyWay Mark are facilitated securely by Stripe.
- Accepted Payment Methods: Major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and regional payment methods supported by Stripe.
- Currency: Standard transactions are billed in USD (United States Dollars) or your local currency as converted dynamically by Stripe.
- Tax Compliance: Sales taxes, VAT (Value Added Tax), and GST are calculated and collected where applicable based on your billing jurisdiction. Official receipts and invoices are issued upon purchase.

All software licenses and digital downloads are fulfilled electronically via automated systems immediately upon payment verification (typically under 60 seconds). By purchasing a commercial license, you expressly acknowledge and agree that because free pre-purchase evaluation is available and digital licenses are minted immediately upon checkout, all sales are final and non-refundable. 6. Non-Custodial Architecture & Financial Disclaimer
SkyWay Mark is a software engineering studio and does not provide financial services, escrow, banking, currency exchange, or custodial vaulting.
- Self-Hosted Infrastructure: ZeroBeep Crypto Gateway is self-hosted software executed entirely on the merchant's WordPress server. All blockchain transactions occur peer-to-peer directly between customer wallets and the merchant's cold/hardware storage.
- Zero Fund Custody: Neither SkyWay Mark nor Stripe ever has access to, routes, handles, or holds merchant crypto funds or private seed phrases.
- Blockchain Irreversibility: On-chain cryptocurrency transactions are permanent and immutable. Merchants bear sole responsibility for configuring correct wallet addresses and verifying network fees.
7. Prohibited Uses & License Termination
You agree not to decompile, reverse-engineer, crack, circumvent cryptographic activation keys, or distribute unauthorized copies or license key generators for SkyWay Mark software. You agree not to use our software for illegal activities, fraudulent schemes, or in violation of applicable international laws.
SkyWay Mark reserves the right to revoke license keys and terminate access to update servers for any instance found violating these terms.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All proprietary code, algorithms, graphic assets, trademarks, branding, documentation, and database schemas remain the exclusive intellectual property of SkyWay Mark Trading Venture.
9. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Our software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. SkyWay Mark does not warrant that software operation will be error-free or uninterrupted across every third-party hosting environment.
In no event shall SkyWay Mark Trading Venture or its payment partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to our software shall never exceed the actual purchase price paid for the license.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Patna, Bihar, India. This does not prejudice statutory consumer protection rights guaranteed to international buyers under mandatory local laws.
